This process provides the manufacturing engineer early indication of the potential problems that may encountered at launch and in full production.
Typical issues discovered at that time are vibration and tool chattering, mis-loads, spring-back effects and cutting tool life.
In-house prototyping gives the opportunity to promptly correct these problems and optimize tooling and machining conditions at an early stage of product design.
It provides much needed advanced manufacturing experience for a fast and flawless product launch.
