Our metallurgy laboratory features extensive facilities providing a wide variety of services, including failure analyses, materials evaluation, and development and mechanical testing. Our lab is equipped with a full complement of sample preparation equipment for the micro structural analysis of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Our lab includes hardness testers capable of testing all ranges of Rockwell and Brinell hardness scales. In addition, the lab is equipped with a universal test machine, Charpy impact tester, a Thermo Arc spectrometer, and a corrosion testing chamber. In conjunction with the lab is an optical microscope equipped with digital imaging and image analysis software.
