• Our mechanical testing facility features I-beams and floor anchors for structural frames, permitting unique test configurations.
• Our lab is fully equipped and capable of performing all tests required to develop and validate safety critical components, including a 4-axis ball joint test machine.
• All testing equipment has closed loop servo control to ensure accurate and repeatable results, and each machine is calibrated to ASTM standards.
• Our laboratory is of tremendous value in testing components, independent of full-vehicle development.
• Hence, testing can be implemented early in the development cycle, before vehicle prototypes are available.
